My order has not yet arrivedRoyal Mail 2nd class aim to delivery your parcel within 3-4 working days. Metal Memories cannot guarantee these delivery times as they make take longer to arrive. On dispatch you will have received a tracking number from Royal Mail, your order can be tracked on the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com/track-your-item Please use this service before contacting us.
